The WORST court decision… EVER
Some of you have probably seen the reports about the latest court decision out of Sidney, Nebraska. [KETV-Omaha, NE] If not, here’s the scoop… Richard Thompson was convicted of sexually assaulting his 12 year-old future stepdaughter. But, because Richard Thompson is only 5′-1, the judge, Judge Kristine Cecava, felt he was too short to survive in prison. So she gave him 10 years supervised probation! The judge even admitted that his offense warranted a harsh prison sentence, but she was worried he wouldn’t survive for very long behind bars. Unbelievable!
Well she is probably right. This little freak probably wouldn’t survive long in prison, but not because he is short; like most child molesters, he wouldn’t survive, because he RAPED A CHILD- TWICE! Why not put him with the women? 5′-1 is not too tall for the women’s prison- see how long he lasts with a bunch of felons with a mothering instinct. It seems to me that Judge Cecava is more worried about this little monster being used as a pinata, than she is about the victims, and the community at large. I have a better sentence for shorty… 30 years in a cell with a 6′-9 300 pounder and pair of elevator shoes!
And now, I think we should determine a sentence for Judge Kristine Cecava. First of all- disbarment. There is no reason why this lady should be allowed to practice law, much less rule a court room. Second, what about child endangerment? Lock her up! Or is she too stupid to survive?
